Relax and unwind in this bright and airy apartment, with a unique concept and pleasing views on a historical neighbourhood of the eternal city. Four minutes away from the Circus Maximus and 8 from the Colosseum.

The living room, with its two windows, opens on the terrace overlooking Viale Aventino, one of the most chic and enchanting residential roads of the city. The kitchen has all the necessary for sumptuous breakfasts and meals that we recommend to have on the outdoor table: when the sun is out the temperature is exquisite until December. The bedrooms are on the other side of the house: the master bedroom is light and airy with two windows and wooden furniture to match the polished wooden floor. The other bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom (there are two bathrooms in total). The mattresses are about 21 cm high and they come with a topper, hypoallergenic pillows, 100 percent cotton sheets and cozy blankets.

The neighbourhood is one of the most elegant and ancient of the city, the apartment is in a building that dates back to the 1920s, it doesn't have an elevator for this reason, though the staircase are very wide.

The apartment has been completely refurbished in April 2022.
