This is a small osteria with a few seats where you can enjoy typical Roman delicacies: fried cod fillets. It was opened 100 years ago and the secret of crispy batter has been handed down in the Cortesi family for 40 years.

Spritz has rather dated origins. In fact, it was born during the Austrian domination in Lombardy-Veneto in the late 1700s and early 1800s, when Hapsburg soldiers became acquainted with the wines of Veneto.
